Both use touch to toggle between transparency and noise cancelation modes. Both have three modes of noise cancelation (indoor, outdoor, and transit mode). Both can be adjusted through the app. The Q35s have smart-wearing detection (they stop playing when you take them off). The Q35s use AI noise reduction technology on their microphones for better sound transfer, if you plan to use the mic. The Q35s also have better bass technology (for music, if you listen to music with a lot of bass); Q30s still have good music quality. You can pair both to your iPhone.
